ACE stands for Automated Control Environment. Its planned architecture connects workflow design, controlled execution, operational oversight, and evidence in one platform. Authorized staff and operators will be able to configure reusable automations without a separate custom application for every process.

ACE is being developed for Bring Your Own Cloud deployment only. The intended model keeps the platform inside customer-approved infrastructure, with customer control over data, identity, encryption keys, secrets, logs, backups, retention, connector credentials, and AI provider access.

Potential targets include Azure, Azure Government, AWS, AWS GovCloud, private or on-premises Kubernetes, and approved enterprise container platforms. Compatibility and security requirements must be validated for each environment. ACE is not an EverRise-hosted SaaS offering.

Begin with workload, backlog, manual effort, systems, and approval requirements. Future design partner engagements are intended to be scoped and operator-led, subject to readiness. The planned commercial model combines an annual platform license with paid implementation and optional expansion.

The roadmap progresses from governed workflow execution toward Builder, Operations Workspace, administrative workflow packs, approved connectors, and outcome reporting. Expansion is intended to reuse the same platform across departments, not create separate agency-specific codebases.
Assistance without surrendering authority
Optional AI capabilities are planned for classification, extraction, summarization, drafting, and review support. Human review, permission boundaries, and audit records remain central. Higher-autonomy execution is a future direction, not a capability being offered today.
BYOC does not remove customer security or authorization obligations. No FedRAMP authorization, CMMC certification, SOC 2 attestation, or approval for classified information is claimed for ACE. Review our Security Statement for additional context.
