Governed automation for regulated work.
ACE Platform is a secure BYOC automation platform that helps regulated and operations-heavy organizations turn manual internal processes into controlled, auditable workflows while keeping control over data, identity, access, approvals, evidence, audit history, and security configuration.
Role-based access, approval paths, and governed execution.
Workflow history, approval history, and evidence references.
Designed for deployment inside customer-controlled environments.
ACE helps teams manage requests, tasks, approvals, workflow status, audit history, and evidence references.
ACE is deployed inside the customer’s cloud or approved infrastructure using a BYOC model.
Built for regulated enterprises, prime contractors, defense suppliers, IT, security, and compliance teams.
Currently offered through selected BYOC design partner and operator-led deployments.
Automation without giving up control, auditability, or security.
EverRise Systems is building ACE Platform for organizations where internal work cannot be handled through loose email threads, spreadsheets, and undocumented approvals. ACE helps teams understand what work is happening, who owns it, what step it is on, who approved it, what evidence exists, and what changed historically.
Requests, tasks, and approvals
ACE helps teams structure manual processes into governed workflows with clear ownership, approval routing, workflow status, and operational records.
Prove what happened
ACE is designed to preserve workflow history, approval history, audit events, evidence references, and review activity.
Built for regulated teams
ACE Core provides identity, roles, tenant separation, audit logging, deployment controls, and security guidance as the foundation of the platform.
A secure BYOC automation platform for governed workflows.
BYOC means Bring Your Own Cloud. ACE is deployed inside the customer’s cloud or approved infrastructure so the customer keeps control of data, identity provider, users, roles, database, secrets, logs, monitoring, backups, retention, network policies, security configuration, and production approval.
Security and governance foundation
ACE Core provides the foundation for authentication, SSO/OIDC, sessions, users, roles, permissions, tenant separation, audit logging, deployment controls, and security guidance.
Expanding toward governed execution
ACE is expanding toward an Automation Engine that can run approved workflows, track progress, preserve run history, assign tasks, route approvals, manage due dates, and support long-running business processes.
Selected design partner deployments
Early deployments are operator-led. EverRise works with selected customers to configure initial governed workflows, validate audit and evidence needs, and prepare for controlled use inside the customer’s own environment.
ACE has completed a secure foundation milestone, but this does not mean ACE is automatically approved for production in any customer environment. Production use requires customer-specific configuration, validation, security review, risk acceptance, and approval.
Designed for high-value internal workflows where evidence and accountability matter.
Design partner deployments focus on one or two high-value workflows so customers can validate ACE against real operational needs while EverRise continues expanding the platform.
Approvals, access requests, evidence tracking, and operational handoffs.
ACE can support workflows such as security exception approvals, access request workflows, vendor or supplier review, change approvals, contract deliverable tracking, and administrative compliance tasks.
Regulated and operations-heavy organizations.
ACE is designed for prime contractors, defense suppliers, regulated enterprises, IT operations teams, security operations teams, compliance departments, government-adjacent organizations, and internal operations teams.
Customer-controlled infrastructure today. Expanded platform capabilities ahead.
ACE currently supports BYOC deployment only. It should not be treated as an EverRise-hosted SaaS product, self-service public cloud product, hosted GovCloud SaaS, or FedRAMP-authorized SaaS. Deployment targets must be validated for each customer environment.
Bring Your Own Cloud
Potential deployment targets may include Azure, Azure Government, AWS, AWS GovCloud, private Kubernetes, on-premises Kubernetes, or approved enterprise container platforms, subject to customer-specific validation.
Productized and operator-led
EverRise helps selected customers with workflow assessment, BYOC planning, environment readiness review, SSO/OIDC setup support, RBAC setup, audit configuration, evidence workflow setup, admin training, and production readiness review.
Builder, connectors, workflow packs, and AI Assist
Expanded builder, template, connector, industry workflow pack, reporting, and optional governed AI Assist capabilities are part of ACE’s product roadmap. Early customer workflows are operator-configured.
Optional, controlled, and human-reviewed
AI Assist is planned as an optional governed module. ACE is designed so AI can help draft, summarize, and review information while humans, approvals, and audit controls remain in charge.
ACE is not currently advertised as FedRAMP-authorized, CMMC-certified, SOC 2-certified, or approved for classified information. ACE may help customers manage audit and evidence workflows, but it does not replace required compliance assessments, certifications, or customer responsibility for security controls.
